Oh what a wonderful wonderful time of the year!!!!!!  The holidays are always such a sweet season for so many.  Our end of year book club meeting is a fun event for us as well!

Thank you Elise for hosting!!! You know I’m completely smitten with your home (she’s quite the decorator).   We gathered for our Dec meeting which was Christmas on Jane Street a very sweet and true story of a tree lot on the corner of Jane Street and 8th Ave in NYC.   Now THATS a magical place to be for Christmas is NYC!!!!   As you can see in the photos my vintage Mercedes wagon Beuregard is spreading Christmas Cheer with a wee wreath on the front!  Rosie joined us for book club as well!  (the dog)

We all loved the book.  It really brought just the perfect amount of Christmas Spirit to the table for me especially.   I’m a lover of The Nutcracker anyway – so the magic of it coming together for the little girl and the father – well….. it just doesn’t get better than that.  Does it?

After our book club discussion, and onto other paths of conversations (which is why I love our book club) we had our white elephant gift exchange!! Rules are – one gift can only be stolen twice, and the gift has to be something that you previously owned.  So there.   Super fun ladies!!! I love my scarf!
